Nothing will be done unless someone takes responsibility for the situation. Creating appropriate key performance indicators is a difficult task that should not be overlooked.

4. You must, of course, create objectives.

A target must be set for each statistic. Annual goals are usually set for motivational reasons. A good goal should be realistic and approved by the target owner. If you don’t have any data to choose a target, don’t pick one at random. Wait till you have all of the facts before making a choice.
